Zayd Ibn Khālid Al-Juhānī narrated The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) as saying:
“Whoever gives iftār to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.”
Al-Tirmidhī, 807; Ibn Mājah, 1746.
Perhaps it’s time to host that iftār you’ve been putting off. Good company + loads of reward. The best time for this (for the woman) is probably when one isn’t fasting; when one wouldn’t need to spend the last moments to iftār in du’ā like the fasting person.
One could also send out food to the needy.
